Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Because BronZeiko watches are assembled and prepared in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.



Shipping Methods

BronZeiko uses reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:
United States: 2–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)



International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

BronZeiko is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.



Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

BronZeiko is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

If a shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation when possible.
