Returns & Refund Policy

At BronZeiko, we want customers to feel confident in their purchase.

Because our watches are assembled in small batches, returns are handled carefully and subject to the policy below.



Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The watch must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• The watch must not show signs of wear or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.



Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or special-order watches
• Watches that show signs of wear
• Watches that have been modified or altered after purchase



Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact page and include:
• Your order number
• Reason for return

If the return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.



Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.



Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.



Warranty

BronZeiko watches include a limited warranty covering movement defects and assembly issues under normal use.

Normal wear, accidental damage, and the natural patina development of bronze are not covered under returns or warranty.
